The invention provides a colored ceramic material as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the colored ceramic material comprises the following steps: performing dry pressing on a first ceramic mixed material to form a pre-pressed green body, then sequentially adjusting a first movable module and a second movable module in a partial pressure mold to perform bidirectional dry pressing on the pre-pressed green body and a second ceramic mixed material to form a biscuit, performing isostatic pressing treatment, and sintering to obtain the colored ceramic material. Adjacent colors of the colored ceramic material prepared by the method do not permeate each other, boundaries among different colors are clear, the colored ceramic material is integrally sintered and formed, boundaries among the adjacent colors are not too wide, and separation and breakage are not easy.
本发明提供了一种彩色陶瓷材料及其制备方法和应用，所述彩色陶瓷材料的制备方法通过将第一陶瓷混合材料干压形成预压坯体，然后先后调整分压模具中的第一活动模块和第二活动模块双向干压所述预压坯体和第二陶瓷混合材料形成素坯，经过等静压处理后烧结获得彩色陶瓷材料。本发明方法制得的彩色陶瓷材料相邻颜色不会相互渗透，不同颜色之间界限清晰，同时一体烧结成型，相邻颜色之间的分界线不会过宽，不易分离断裂。
