Automatic fine adjustment machine for CRTS III type track plate
The disclosure relates to track board fine adjustment, in particular to an automatic fine adjustment machine for a CRTS III type track plate. The automatic fine adjustment machine comprises a main frame; an elevation adjusting mechanism and a rail direction adjusting mechanism are arranged on the main frame; the main frame is further provided with a longitudinal adjusting mechanism, each of the elevation adjusting mechanism, the rail direction adjusting mechanism and the longitudinal adjusting mechanism comprises a longitudinally-arranged transmission shaft and a fine adjustment driving mechanism used for driving the transmission shaft to rotate, and a connecting piece is arranged at the bottom of each transmission shaft and used for being in transmission connection with a bracket arrangedon a rail plate. By arranging the fine adjustment machines with the longitudinal adjustment mechanisms, the fine adjustment machines can be matched with the corresponding track plate bracket, the fine adjustment machine provides power for the bracket through the longitudinal adjustment mechanism so as to achieve fine adjustment of the track plate in the longitudinal direction of a railway, and the problem that in the prior art, a fine adjustment system cannot achieve longitudinal fine adjustment of the track plate is solved.
