Antiskid asphalt pavement construction process
The invention discloses an anti-skid asphalt pavement construction process which comprises the following steps: firstly, designing a selected pavement, including gradient and turning curve, removing sundries and trees on the designed pavement, completely cleaning the pavement, filling pits in the pavement, removing bulges on the pavement through a tool, and filling and pressing loose parts of thepavement; after base layer cleaning, paving asphalt which is prepared by stirring according to an actual use ratio on the cleaned pavement; and during construction, using an asphalt distribution truckto spray asphalt, the distribution length being coordinated with the mineral aggregate distribution capacity, determining the asphalt distribution temperature according to the construction air temperature and the asphalt label. Under the general condition, the temperature of coal asphalt should be 70-110 DEG C, the temperature of petroleum asphalt should be 120-160 DEG C, and emulsified asphaltshould be distributed at the normal temperature. The antiskid asphalt pavement construction process is good in smoothness and stable and comfortable in driving, the asphalt semi-rigid base layer has the characteristics of high strength, good stability, high rigidity and the like, and asphalt construction is fast.
本发明公开了一种抗滑型沥青路面施工工艺,首先对选定路面进行设计,包括坡度、转弯曲线,并且清除设计路面上的杂物树木,将路面完全清理出来,并且对路面上的凹坑进行填充,对路面上的凸起通过工具刨除,路面的松散处进行填充压紧;基层清理完成后,将按照实际使用比例搅拌制备完成的沥青摊铺在清理后的路面上,施工时采用沥青洒布车喷洒沥青,其洒布长度应与矿料撒布能力相协调,沥青洒布温度应根据施工气温以及沥青标号确定,一般情况下,煤沥青宜为70℃‑110℃,石油沥青宜为120℃‑160℃,乳化沥青宜在常温下散布。该抗滑型沥青路面施工工艺,平整性好,行车平稳舒适,沥青半刚性基层具有强度大,稳定性好及刚度大等特点,并且沥青施工快。
