Pollution-free self-propelled totally-closed environment-friendly energy-saving sweeper
The invention discloses a pollution-free self-propelled totally-closed environment-friendly energy-saving sweeper which comprises a driving device, a hydraulic cylinder, a garbage can, a device shell,a conveying belt, a first pipeline, a suction fan, a dust removal device and the like. The sweeper is reasonable and simple in structure, low in production cost, convenient to install and complete infunction, and the height is adjusted by extruding a piston rod through the spring by making the arranged bottom rotating disc make contact with the ground; the arranged suction fan sucks the cleanedfine dust into the dust removal device to realize prevention of entry into air; water is pumped from the water tank through a first water pump and sprayed out from the spray head; dust is prevented from flying during sweeping; meanwhile, water is pumped from a water tank through an arranged second water pump in the dust removal device and sprayed out from an atomizing spray head, an air cylinder drives a universal joint to adjust the angle, and the problems that an existing sweeper cannot cool and remove dust from surrounding air during sweeping, and great inconvenience is caused are solved; and a fourth motor in the driving device drives a roller to rotate, so that the sweeper automatically moves forwards.
本发明公开了一种无污染自行式全封闭环保节能清扫车，包括驱动装置、液压缸、垃圾箱、装置外壳、传送带、第一管道、吸风机、除尘装置等；本发明结构合理简单、生产成本低、安装方便，功能齐全，通过设置的底部转盘接触到地面通过挤压活塞杆通过弹簧进行调整高低；通过设置的吸风机将清扫的细小灰尘吸入除尘装置中，防止进入空气中，再通过第一水泵从水箱内抽取水从喷头喷出，在清扫时防止灰尘飞扬，同时除尘装置中通过设置的第二水泵从水箱内抽取水从雾化喷头喷出，气缸带动万向节进行调整角度，解决了现有清扫车无法在清扫时给周边空气进行降温和除尘，十分不方便的问题；通过设置的驱动装置中第四电机带动滚轮进行转动，使清扫车自动前行。
