The roadbed compaction device comprises a fixed frame and a compactionbox fixedly mounted on one side of the fixed frame; a compaction plate is mounted in the compaction box in a sliding manner; the compaction plate extends to the lower part of the compaction box; a driving motor is fixedly mounted at the top of the fixed frame; a rotating rod is fixedly mounted on an output shaft of the driving motor; a U-shaped rotating shaft is installed on the rotating rod; a first belt wheel is fixedly installed at one end of the rotating rod; a plurality of balancing weights are placed in the compaction plate; a fixing rod is fixedly installed at the top of the compactionplate; two symmetrically-arranged first threaded holes are formed in the top of the fixing rod; and compression bolts are installed in the first threaded holes in a threaded mode. The roadbed compaction device for highway engineering is reasonable in design, the surface of the roadbed can be scraped to be flat through rotation of a scraping plate, the roadbed can be flattened and compacted conveniently through up-down reciprocating movement of the compaction plate, the working efficiency is improved, and the height of the scraping plate can be adjusted conveniently.
