The method comprises the steps of S1, the tensioning operation process of an anchor cable is as follows: anchor cable mounting is prepared, a base plate, an anchorage device, a limiter and a jack are assembled; the anchor cable is installed, the anchor cable is placed ata corresponding position, and the anchor cable is pressurized and tensioned by the jack; a clamping piece is pushed into an anchor hole, a push-in arm of the limiter extends, and the push-in arm is controlled to push the clamping piece into the anchor hole; and after anchor cable tensioning is completed and the jack releases pressure, the jack and the limiter are detached, and anchor cable tensioning is completed; and S2, the dismounting operation process of the anchor cable is as follows: clamping piece dismounting is prepared, the limiter and the jack are assembled firstly, and then the anchor cable is pressurized and tensioned by the jack; the clamping piece is dismounted, a taking-out arm of the limiter is controlled to move to pull the clamping piece out of the anchor hole to the limiter; the anchor cable is dismounted, the jack is released the pressure, then the anchor cable, the jack, the limiter, the anchorage device and the base plate are dismounted, the clamping piece is taken out from the limiter and put in place, and the dismounting process is completed.
