The invention discloses a construction method of an anchoring and shotcreting protection structure. The construction method of the anchoring and shotcreting protection structure is used for a slope surface, and comprises the following steps that (1) a plant energy storage hole is prepared in the slope surface, and a nutrient matrix is sprayed to the plant energy storage hole; (2) plate fixing rivets are mounted on the slope surface to form a plurality of rows of plate fixing rivets which are arranged up and down, and baffle plates are fixed to the corresponding plate fixing rivets; (3) a firstlayer of net is laid on the slope surface and fixed with net fixing rivets, and a gap is reserved between the first layer of net and the slope surface; (4) a plant nutrient canal is bound above the first layer of net; and (5) a material is sprayed to the slope surface to form a matrix layer covering the slope surface. According to the anchoring and shotcreting protection structure, plant root systems can be attached to the plant energy storage hole, nutrients can be provided for plants through the filled nutrient medium, and the plant root systems can play a biological anchor rod protection role; and the matrix layer formed through spraying is rapid and safe in construction, the formed matrix layer can protect the slope, and the damaged ecological environment can be rapidly restored.
