An elastic film is arranged, the water pressure of different depths in the same water body is different, the water depth of the position where the whole dredging pipe is located can be judged according to the deformation degree of the elastic film, the deeper the water pressure is, the larger the deformation degreeof the elastic film is, and therefore, the stability of the whole dredging pipe in the vertical direction can be adjusted by setting the deformation degree of the elastic film.
