The invention discloses a bearing-multistage energy dissipation viscoelastic damper combined component. The bearing-multistage energy dissipation viscoelastic damper combined component comprises an energy dissipation core plate, a sleeve, an edge sealing plate, side face connecting plates and a cylindrical cover plate. The energy consumption core plate is arranged in the sleeve. The right end of the energy consumption core plate penetrates through the edge sealing plate and then is welded to a side face connecting plate located at the right end. The left end of the energy consumption core plate penetrates through the edge sealing plate and then extends out of the sleeve. The left end of the sleeve is sleeved with a connecting piece. The left end of the cylindrical cover plate is sealed through a side face connecting plate. The connecting piece is sleeved with the cylindrical cover plate. The left end of the energy consumption core plate and the side face connecting plate located at theleft end are welded together. According to the bearing-multistage energy dissipation viscoelastic damper combined component, a viscoelastic damping system and a buckling restrained brace energy dissipation system are combined. First-order yield energy dissipation of the viscoelastic damping system serves as a first-order energy dissipation original part under a small earthquake, and second-ordermulti-stage yield of the energy dissipation core plate of the component is achieved under the condition of a medium earthquake and a large earthquake. Achieving of the second-order multi-stage yield effect adapts to various different component arrangement environments, and the safety of a building is protected.
本发明承载‑多级消能粘弹性阻尼器组合构件,包括耗能芯板、套筒、封边板、侧面连接板和筒状盖板,所述套筒内设置有耗能芯板,耗能芯板右端穿过封边板后与位于右端的侧面连接板焊接,耗能芯板左端穿过封边板后伸出套筒,套筒左端部套装有连接件,筒状盖板左端用一块侧面连接板封口,筒状盖板套装在连接件上,耗能芯板的左端与位于左端的侧面连接板焊接在一起。本发明将粘弹性阻尼体系和屈曲约束支撑耗能体系结合,在小震下粘弹性阻尼体系一阶屈服耗能作为一级消能原件,而在中、大震情况下该构件耗能芯板屈服达到二阶多级屈服,达到二阶多级屈服效果适应多种不同的构件布置环境,保护建筑物的安全。
