The fabricated building outer wall comprises cross beams and vertical columns, wherein the cross beams and the vertical columns constitute an outer wallbearing body; outer wall hanging plates are mounted on the cross beams and the vertical columns; the outer wall hanging plates comprise outer layer plates and thermal-insulation wall bodies; the thermal-insulation wall bodies are embedded into the positions between the adjacent cross beams and the adjacent vertical columns; and the lower ends of the thermal-insulation wall bodies abut against thecross beams, the outer layer plates extend towards the periphery relative to the thermal-insulation wall bodies to form extending parts, connecting pieces are arranged on the outer wall hanging plates, the first ends of the connecting pieces are fixed to the bearing body through first anchor bolts, and the extending parts and the second ends of the connecting pieces are fixed to the bearing body through second anchor bolts. The cross beams are mainly adopted to bear the self-weight of the thermal-insulation wall bodies, so that fixed connection points and the mounting cost during connection ofthe outer wall hanging plates with the bearing body are greatly reduced, the safety performance of the wall bodies is greatly improved, and the construction efficiency of the outer wall hanging plates of the building is effectively improved.
本发明公开了一种装配式建筑外墙,属于建筑技术领域,目的在于克服现有外墙挂板安装较为费时费力且应用成本高的缺陷。装配式建筑外墙包括构成外墙承重体的横梁和立柱,横梁和立柱上安装外墙挂板,外墙挂板包括外层板和保温墙体,保温墙体嵌入相邻横梁以及相邻立柱之间,保温墙体的下端抵在横梁上,外层板相对于保温墙体向四周延伸形成延伸部,外墙挂板上设置连接件,连接件的第一端部通过第一锚栓固定于承重体,延伸部和连接件的第二端部通过第二锚栓固定于承重体。采用横梁主要承载保温墙体的自重,大大减少了外墙挂板与承重体连接时的固定连接点和安装成本,大大提高了墙体的安全性能,有效提高了建筑外墙挂板的施工效率。
