Environment-friendly roll coater
The invention provides an environment-friendly roll coater. The environment-friendly roll coater comprises a handle, a roller and a feeding pipe, the handle is connected with the roller, the roller isprovided with discharging holes and bristles, the discharging holes and the bristles are arranged on the outer surface of the roller, the discharging holes are formed between the bristles, and one end of the feeding pipe communicates with the discharging holes. The environment-friendly roll coater further comprises a material pressing device used for pressing material liquid into the feeding pipe, and a flow controller for controlling flow is arranged on the material pressing device. The environment-friendly roll coater is provided with the material pressing device and a flow controller, theflow controller and the material pressing device are matched to work, so that the roll coater is in a coating state all the time, the roll coater does not need to be dipped and adhered for multiple times, and the amount of coating actually needed by the roll coater can be supplied in the coating process. The coating operation is more convenient, and the utilization rate of the coating is further improved.
