Automatic plastering device for housing construction
The invention discloses an automatic plastering device for housing construction. The automatic plastering device comprises a fixing base and a plastering frame. Two limiting polished rods are symmetrically and vertically fixed to the two sides of the top of the fixing base; a top frame is horizontally fixed between the tops of the two limiting polished rods; a driving lead screw is further rotationally arranged at the position, located between the two limiting polished rods, of the fixing base; the plastering frame is arranged on the two limiting polished rods in a sliding mode; and the plastering frame is spirally connected with the driving lead screw in a sleeving mode. According to the plastering device, when the driving lead screw rotates to drive the plastering frame to ascend for movable plastering, the driving lead screw is matched with a spiral bevel gear to drive a transmission gear to rotate, the transmission gear is matched with a transmission chain to drive a spiral feedingrod to rotate; and fallen cement mortar is collected and conveyed into a material collecting groove through a material receiving side plate and then conveyed through the spiral feeding rod, so that the collection and recycling of the fallen cement mortar is achieved, workers do not need to clean the cement mortar manually, the working efficiency is improved, and the working intensity is relieved.
本发明公开了一种房屋建筑施工用自动抹灰装置,包括:固定底座和抹灰架;所述固定底座的顶部两侧对称垂直固定有两个限位光杆,且两个限位光杆的顶部之间水平固定有顶架,所述固定底座上位于两个限位光杆之间还转动设置有驱动丝杠;所述抹灰架滑动设置在两个限位光杆上,且抹灰架螺旋套接在驱动丝杠上。本发明中驱动丝杠转动驱动抹灰架上升进行移动抹灰时,驱动丝杠同配合螺旋伞齿轮带动传动齿轮转动,传动齿轮配合传动链条带动螺旋送料杆转动,通过接料侧板对掉落的水泥砂浆进行收集输送到集料槽中,再通过螺旋送料杆进行输送,实现对掉落的水泥砂浆进行收集重复利用,不需要工作人员手动进行清理,提高工作效率,减轻工作强度。
