Suspended formwork system for lower-layer plate of double-layer roof of horizontal warehouse and construction method
The invention discloses a suspended formwork system for a lower-layer plate of a double-layer roof of a horizontal warehouse. The system comprises a lifting keel, main keels, a profiled steel sheet, electric hoists, suspended formwork keels, hanging bars and a roof truss beam, wherein the main keels are welded to the upper part of the lifting keel; the profiled steel sheet is welded to the upper parts of the main keels; a lifting base is arranged on the upper part of a beam body of the roof truss beam; the suspended formwork keels are fixedly connected to the lifting base; suspended formwork keel lug plates are welded to the suspended formwork keels and used for hanging the electric hoists; and hoisting and lifting of the main keels can be achieved by controlling the lengths of lowering guide chains of the electric hoists, and after the main keels are lifted in place, the main keels and the roof truss beam are connected and fixed through the hanging bars, fixing angle steel and nuts. Aiming at construction of a cast-in-place double-layer roof structure of the horizontal warehouse, the problems of high cost and low efficiency of traditional construction of a lower-layer plate of a horizontal warehouse are solved, the working efficiency is greatly improved, and meanwhile, the forming quality of the lower-layer plate of the horizontal warehouse is improved.
本发明公开了一种用于平房仓双层屋盖下层板的吊模体系,包括提升龙骨、主龙骨、压型钢板、电动葫芦、吊模龙骨、吊筋和屋架梁,提升龙骨的上部焊接有主龙骨,主龙骨的上部焊接有压型钢板,屋架梁的梁体上部设置有提升基座,所述提升基座上固定连接有吊模龙骨,吊模龙骨上焊接有吊模龙骨耳板,用作于电动葫芦吊挂,通过控制电动葫芦下放导链的长度可以实现主龙骨的吊装提升,在主龙骨提升到位后,利用吊筋、固定角钢及螺母将主龙骨与屋架梁进行连接固定。本发明针对平房仓现浇双层屋盖结构施工,解决了平房仓下层板传统施工成本高、效率低的现状,大大提高了工作效率,同时提高了平房仓下层板的成型质量。
