A formwork fixing device comprises a first fixing piece, a connecting piece, a second fixing piece and a casing pipe, and the connecting piece is arranged at the end portion of the first fixing piece;the second fixing piece is detachably arranged on the connecting piece; and the casing pipe is arranged on the connecting piece and the second fixing piece in a sleeving mode. A formwork frame is further provided and comprises a first formwork, a second formwork and the formwork fixing device, the formwork fixing device is the above formwork fixing device, the first fixing piece is fixed to the first formwork, and the second fixing piece is fixed to the second formwork. According to the provided formwork fixing device and the provided formwork frame, the connecting piece is arranged at the end portion of the first fixing piece, the casing pipe is arranged on the connecting piece and the second fixing piece in the sleeving mode, and the second fixing piece is detachably connected with theconnecting piece. Accordingly, in the formwork system with an expansion joint, the second fixing piece can be taken out from a hole in the second formwork so that the second formwork can be taken outstraightly, and formwork removal is facilitated.
