Scaffolds are fixed to the upper portions of the steelpipes. According to the concrete pouring conical hopper platform, a constructor can stand on the platform to conduct pouring and vibrating operation, adverse effects on the positions of a formwork and reinforcing steel bars in the previous pouring and vibrating operation process can be effectively reduced, and the construction precision is improved on the premise that safe operation is guaranteed. On the other hand, the invention provides a using method of the concrete pouring conical hopper platform, when conical hoppers at different positions are poured, the constructor stands on the operation platform at the corresponding height to conduct construction operation, and on the premise that the pouring quality is guaranteed, the pouring efficiency can be improved, and construction joints are prevented from being formed.
