The invention discloses an assembly construction method based on a line power transmission tower. The method comprises the steps that a first holding pole is erected and adjusted; a first distance, asecond distance and a third distance are collected, and a first included angle between the first holding pole and a first plane parallel to the ground where the second end part of the first holding pole is located; a tower leg main material and a tower leg auxiliary material are hoisted by using the first holding pole; the lifted tower leg main material and the lifted tower leg auxiliary materialare assembled and fastened through bolts; a tower body and a tower body auxiliary material are hoisted through the first holding pole; the hoisted tower body and the hoisted tower body auxiliary material are assembled; the first holding pole is lifted; an upper-layer wire cross arm, a ground wire bracket and a lower-layer wire cross arm are hoisted; and the first holding pole is dismounted, and the site is cleaned. According to the assembly construction method, the problem of assembling construction of a power transmission tower in the special terrain where large machinery cannot enter is solved, the safety risk is effectively reduced, the amount of labor used is reduced, and the mechanical construction efficiency of the line power transmission tower is effectively improved.
本发明公开一种基于线路输电塔的组装施工方法,包括:第一抱杆的起立与调整;采集第一距离、第二距离以及第三距离,求解第一抱杆与第一抱杆的第二端部所在的与地面平行的第一平面的第一夹角;利用第一抱杆对塔腿主材和塔腿辅材进行起吊;对起吊上来的塔腿主材和塔腿辅材进行组装并用螺栓紧固;利用第一抱杆对塔身及塔身辅材进行起吊;对起吊上来的塔身和塔身辅材进行组装;对第一抱杆进行提升;对上层导线横担、地线支架以及下层导线横担进行起吊;对第一抱杆进行拆除并对现场进行清理。在本发明中,通过所述施工方法解决大型机械无法进场的特殊地形的输电塔的组立施工,有效降低安全风险,减少用工量,有效提高线路输电塔的机械化施工效率。
