The invention discloses a door handle mounting assembly. The door handle mounting assembly comprises a connecting shaft, and handles are arranged at two ends of the connecting shaft correspondingly; the handles are connected with the connecting shaft through connectors; mounting seats are arranged on the connectors; the mounting seats comprise mounting chassis; the faces, away from the handles, ofthe mounting chassis is a plane; the middle parts of the mounting chassis are provided with mounting grooves sunken towards the direction of the handles; and the bottoms of the mounting grooves are provided with first center holes allowing the connectors to penetrate through, springs are arranged in the mounting grooves, stop structures connected with the connectors are further arranged in the mounting grooves, limiting structures are arranged at end openings of the mounting grooves, and an outer cover is buckled on a mounting base. The face, away from the handles, of the mounting chassis isthe plane and is attached to a door face for mounting, mounting holes are formed in the mounting chassis, the contact area of the mounting seats and a door is increased, and the firmness degree of mounting the mounting seats on the door is increased.
