The ladder further comprises crosspieces and a bridging piece. The crosspieces and the bridging piece are detachably connected and arranged between the two supporting leg assemblies. In the logistics transportation process, the crosspieces are separated from the supporting leg assemblies, the bridging piece is separated from the supporting leg assemblies, and the two supporting leg assemblies are overlapped.
