The invention discloses a device for measuring stress of steel bars in building concrete. The device comprises a machine body, and a working cavity with a leftward opening is formed in the left wall of the machine body; a destroying shell is arranged in the working cavity in a left-right sliding manner; a destroying rotating cavity is formed in the destroying shell; according to the invention, thestress of the steel bars is measured through ultrasonic waves; the phenomenon of overstress is prevented; the steel bars need to be exposed during ultrasonic stress measurement; therefore, the concrete is crushed by drilling and impacting; a drill bit is tightly attached to the concrete through a spring; after measurement is completed, the concrete is poured into the position where the steel barsare exposed, a funnel is designed to ensure that redundant concrete can flow to the specified position, the ground is prevented from being polluted, meanwhile, a scraping structure is designed to help the wall surface to be flat, lifting and horizontal moving are achieved through a lead screw nut, a gear and a rack, and conversion among multiple functions of one opening is achieved.
本发明公开了一种建筑混凝土内钢筋应力的测量装置,包括机身,所述机身左壁内设置有开口向左的工作腔,所述工作腔内可左右滑动的设置有破坏外壳,所述破坏外壳内设置有破坏转动腔,本发明通过超声波对钢筋应力进行测量,防止超应力的现象出现,超声波测应力需要暴露出钢筋,因此采用钻孔配合撞击粉碎混凝土,又通过弹簧将钻头贴紧在混凝土上,测量完毕后对暴露钢筋处灌注混凝土,设计有漏斗保证多余混凝土可以流至规定位置,避免污染地面,同时设计有刮平结构帮助墙面平整,又通过丝杠螺母、齿轮齿条实现升降和平移,实现一个开口多个功能之间的转换。
