Provided are: a composition for a sound-blocking sheet member having excellent sound-blocking performance; the sound-blocking sheet member; and a sound-blocking structure body. In the sound-blocking structure body, which has a plurality of protuberant, rubbery resonant parts, and a sheet-form support body that supports the resonant parts, the resonant parts have a storage elasticity G' of 100 MPaor less at 25 DEG C and 10 kHz as obtained from the synthetic curve of dynamic viscoelasticity according to ISO6721-4, and the surface density of the support body is 1.0 kg/m<2> or less.
