According to the potassium perchlorate zero-wastewater discharge method, through the arrangement of the eight steps of electrolyzing potassium chlorate into potassium perchlorate, purifying potassium perchlorate, carrying out composite reaction on potassium chlorate and potassium perchlorate, carrying out primary dissolution, carrying out solid-liquid separation, carrying out secondary dissolution, carrying out cooling centrifugation and carrying out drying and crushing, the working efficiency of potassium perchlorate preparation is improved, and the energy consumption is also reduced; and impurities in the wastewater are effectively recycled,so that the environmental problem caused by wastewater discharge is avoided.
