The invention relates to an adjusting device for zircon powder and titanium dioxide batch, which comprises a detection device, a feeding mechanism, a measuring hopper and a ball mill, and is characterized in that zircon powder and titanium dioxide are fed into the measuring hopper according to a certain proportion through the feeding mechanism, and the adjusted batch is fed into a high-speed mixerthrough the measuring hopper; the mixed raw materials are continuously and uniformly fed into a glass melting furnace, temperature, time and volume changes in the material melting process are detected and recorded through the detection device, and comparison with the whiteness value of the ceramic covered with a finally formed glaze is carried out. The temperature and liquid level changes in themelting process of zircon powder and titanium dioxide in the glass melting furnace are detected througha PLC, the discharging amount of a spiral feeder is adjusted according to the ceramic whiteness value of the final ceramic surface, and therefore the raw material ratio can be adjusted ceaselessly in real time according to the result, ceramic with the ceramic whiteness value being 90 or above ismachined, and production quality is increased.
