The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a friction material and an engine friction plate, wherein the manufacturing method comprises the steps: by using wheat straw as a raw material, carrying out root cutting and drying treatment on the wheat straw, removing impurities, cutting, soaking in a glue pool, cutting again, and stirring and mixing with modified phenolic resin, a building filler, an antifriction material and aluminum oxide to obtain the friction material; and coatinga steel friction plate back platewith the friction material, performing hot pressing, and performing steppedcooling to obtain the engine friction plate. The prepared engine friction plate has the advantages of low noise, high power transmission efficiency and long service life.
本发明公开了摩擦材料及发动机摩擦片的制造方法,以麦秸为原材料,将麦秸进行切根干燥处理、去除杂质、切割,并在胶池中浸泡,然后再次切割并与改性酚醛树脂、建筑填料、减摩材料、氧化铝搅拌混合,制得摩擦材料,将摩擦材料涂覆于钢制摩擦片背板并热压、阶梯降温,制得发动机摩擦片。本发明制得的发动机摩擦片具有较低的噪声、较高的动力传递效率以及较长的使用寿命。
