The invention discloses a preparation method of C40 anti-freezing concrete and an inorganic coating spraying process. The preparation method comprises the following steps: pouring sand and the stonesinto respective raw material bins to be pre-homogenized, wherein the pre-homogenization time is 5-10 min, and the stirring speed is 5-10 r/min; stirring and mixing the pre-homogenized sand and stonesin a forced stirrer for 2 minutes at the stirring speed of 3-6 r/min; after mixing, adding cement, fly ash and a polycarboxylate superplasticizer into a forced stirrer, stirring for 5 minutes, then adding an XT-HPA environment-friendly high-permeability inorganic crystal waterproofing agent, and stirring for 2 minutes so as to obtain a concrete test block; and maintaining the concrete test block in water for 28 days, and spraying an XT-HPS environment-friendly high-permeability enhanced sealant. The inorganic coating and the outer inorganic coating are added, so that the waterproof and adhesive properties of the concrete are improved, and the frost resistance and durability of the concrete are improved.
