The invention discloses a ceramic polishing slag-based foam light soil, which is characterized by being mainly prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 160-220 parts of ceramic polishing slag, 120-180 parts of cement, 10-50 parts of desulfurized gypsum, 30-60 parts of industrial waste slag, 10-30 parts of alkaline excitant, 230-290 parts of water and 20-30 parts of foam, wherein the industrial waste slag has volcanic ash activity. Correspondingly, the invention further discloses a preparation method and application of the ceramic polishing slag-based foam light soil. By implementing the invention, large-scale utilization of the ceramic polishing slag can be realized, and the cost is reduced; meanwhile, the compressive strength, the flow value and the density of the foamed lightsoil meet the construction requirements.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷抛光渣基泡沫轻质土,其特征在于,其主要由以下重量份原料制成:陶瓷抛光渣160~220份,水泥120~180份,脱硫石膏10~50份,工业废渣30~60份,碱性激发剂10~30份,水230~290份,泡沫20~30份,其中,工业废渣具有火山灰活性。相应的,本发明还公开了上述陶瓷抛光渣基泡沫轻质土的制备方法和应用。实施本发明,可实现陶瓷抛光渣的大规模利用,降低成本;同时本发明中的泡沫轻质土的抗压强度、流值、密度均符合施工要求。
