According to the invention, a high-boiling-point solvent is introduced into the low-boiling-point solvent system, so that the slurry formed by the obtained low-temperature co-fired ceramic material has favorable solvent volatility in the forming treatment process, and the obtained low-temperature co-fired ceramic membrane has certain wettability, thereby ensuring the adhesion effect among the low-temperature co-fired ceramic membranes in the laminating process, and improving the number of stackable layers and the stacking efficiency. Compared with a traditionalformula system, the novel formula system of the low-temperature co-fired ceramic material has the advantages that the number of stackable layers of the obtained low-temperature co-fired ceramic membrane is increased to 24 from original 10, and when the low-temperature co-fired ceramic material is used for preparing a micro inductor with high inductance, the problems that an inductor with high inductance value obtained by a traditional low-temperature co-fired ceramic material is large in size, and an inductor with small size is low in inductance value can be solved.
本发明属于电子器件材料技术领域,具体涉及低温共烧陶瓷材料、叠层片式电感器及其制备方法。本发明在低沸点溶剂体系中引入了高沸点溶剂,使所得低温共烧陶瓷材料形成的浆料在成型处理过程中具有良好的溶剂挥发性,又使所得低温共烧陶瓷膜片具有一定的潮润性,从而保证了叠层时各低温共烧陶瓷膜片之间的粘附效果,提高了可叠层的层数和叠层效率。该低温共烧陶瓷材料的新配方体系与传统配方体系相比,所得低温共烧陶瓷膜片的可叠层层数由原来的10层增长到24层,用于制备高电感量的微型电感器时,可克服传统低温共烧陶瓷材料所得高电感量的电感器尺寸较大、小尺寸电感器的电感量较低的问题。
