The material is used as a hard tissue defect repair material and a cytoskeleton material for in-vitro bone tissue culture. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of simple and feasible process, convenience in promotion and the like.
本发明涉及一种多孔性羟基磷灰石生物活性材料及其制备方法和应用。以超硬石膏为原料,添加不同颗粒度的石蜡球造孔剂,用颗粒造孔法制备多孔性硫酸钙,经水热处理可得到力学强度、孔隙率和孔大小可控的且具通孔的和生物活性良好的多孔性羟基磷灰石生物材料,用作硬组织缺损修复材料和体外骨组织培养用细胞支架材料。与现有技术相比,本发明具有工艺简单易行且便于推广等优点。
