The invention discloses a preparation method of a high-thermal-conductivity aluminum nitride/graphene composite ceramic part, and belongs to the field of inorganic material preparation. The preparation method comprises the steps: mixing nano aluminum nitride powder, nano graphene particles and a sintering aid according to a certain mass ratio to prepare mixed powder; mixing the mixed powder with abinder according to a certain proportion to prepare a feed; preparing a formed green body from the feed by adopting an injection forming technology; placing the formed green body in a degreasing furnace, heating at a certain heating speed, and degreasing after heat preservation; and heating the degreased green body at a certain speed, sintering, and after heat preservation, obtaining the high-thermal-conductivity aluminum nitride/graphene composite ceramic part. By adding the graphene particles, heat transfer can be effectively improved, the heat conductivity of the ceramic material is improved, meanwhile, the compactness of the ceramic material is improved, and the mechanical property of the ceramic material is improved.
