According to the wall plastering gypsum for indoor fine decoration and the construction process thereof, by adding the dispersible latex, the retarder and other auxiliary agents into the raw materials, the mechanical strength of the finished plastering gypsum in application is enhanced, the wall plastering gypsum has the characteristics of being high in binding power, excellent in construction performance and the like, and meanwhile,the modified diatom ooze is added, so that the effects of good water retention capacity and excellent in heat preservation and sound insulation are improved, the problems of plastering,vacancy cracking and the like are solved, and surface cracking caused by rapid water loss of plastering gypsum due to rapid water absorption of a base layer is prevented by improving a construction process and manually applying the plastering gypsum to a wall twice.
