The invention discloses a connecting device of a suspension rail and a suspension rail using the connecting device of the suspension rail. The connecting device of the suspension rail comprises overhanging cross beams and rail connecting pieces, and the overhanging cross beams are fixedly arranged relative to the ground and transversely distributed in the extending direction of the rail at intervals; each rail connecting piece is fixedly arranged below the overhanging cross beams and is used for hanging the two rail units which are longitudinally connected; and the rail connecting piece is provided with a hinged structure and a sliding structure relative to the two connected rail units, and the rail units slide relative to the rail connecting piece to eliminate deformation. By means of thestructural design, after usage, one end of the rail unit and the rail connecting piece adopt a hinged structure so that one end of the rail unit can be fixed, the other end of the rail unit and the other rail connecting piece adopt a sliding connecting structure, and the other end of the rail unit can stretch out and draw back; and the deformation requirement of thermal expansion and cold contraction of the rail unit is met.
