Grouting bag for ballastless track adjusting layer and using method thereof
The invention discloses a grouting bag for a ballastless track adjusting layer and a using method of the grouting bag. At least one side of the grouting bag is provided with a grouting bag opening, and a binding piece is arranged on the grouting bag opening; the grouting bag is used for being arranged in an area between a concrete base and a track plate so as to adjust and support the track plate.The grouting bag is filled with a grouting material; the longitudinal and transverse sizes of the grouting bags are not smaller than the longitudinal and transverse sizes of the track plate, and theshapes of the inner and outer contours of the grouting bags after mold filling are consistent with the shapes of the inner and outer contours of the track plate; the two longitudinal ends of the grouting bag are limited through convex blocking tables arranged on a concrete base, and receding grooves matched with the convex blocking tables are formed in the two longitudinal ends of the grouting bag. The grouting bag is simple in structure and easy to install and use, can be used for installation of a ballastless track structure of a newly-built line and height adjusting of a track plate, simplifies construction, does not need formwork supporting, and facilitates subsequent maintenance and replacement.
