The number of the U-shaped seats is two, openings of the U-shaped seats are arranged downwards, the lower ends of the U-shaped seats are in threaded connection with the supporting legs, a rib plate is fixedly connected between the two U-shaped seats, first motors are installed in the middles of the U-shaped seats, and two first sliding rods are fixedly connected to the upper ends of the U-shaped seats. The two first sliding rods are symmetrically arranged, and a first screw rod is arranged between the two first sliding rods; and the first screw rod is rotatably connected to the upper ends of the U-shaped seats. A third motor drives the hollow pipe to rotate to be matched with the first motor driving the hollow pipe to move so that sand and stones are conveyed into the soft foundation through the hollow pipe to form a spiral pile, a contact area of a highway subgrade and the soft foundation is increased, and a drainage effect of a highway pavement is improved; and the running safety of vehicles on the highway pavement is increased.
