The invention provides a filling and excavating junction roadbed section disease repairing construction process. The process comprises the following steps: 1) hole site arrangement; 2) forming holes;forming holes in the surface layer through a drilling machine, and punching the surface layer through; 3) hole cleaning; muck and bad soil in the holes are blown and swept cleanly; 4) lowering a grouting pipe; 5) pile body filling; 6) preparing slurry; preparing slurry according to a water cement ratio of 0.8: 1.0, and fully and uniformly stirring the slurry; 7) hole sealing; 50 cm C30 cement concrete is adopted for pouring and hole sealing; a grouting guide pipe is inserted into the grouting pipe and extends out of the road surface by 20 cm, and after grouting is completed, the grouting guidepipe is cut off till the road surface is flush; and 8) grouting; injecting the prepared slurry into the holes; the problems that a roadbed slips, sinks, pits and the like due to long-term use of an existing filling and excavating junction roadbed section road, then cracks and net cracks of a road surface layer are caused, road safety is reduced, and comfort and stability of the road are affectedare solved.
