Pre-pressing method and pre-pressing device for arch feet of arch ring bottom formwork
The invention discloses an arch ring bottom formwork arch foot pre-pressing method and device, after an arch ring bottom supporting system is erected, arc-shaped battens are laid at arch feet of a bottom formwork, the arc-shaped battens are installed along an arch line, and the radian of the arc-shaped battens is matched with the radian of an arch ring; the arc-shaped battens are distributed in the width direction of the arch ring and keep away from steel bars extending out of a pier to arch feet, then connecting battens are placed at the top ends and the bottom ends of the arc-shaped battens,the connecting battens are installed in the width direction of the arch ring, and all the arc-shaped battens at the ends are connected and fixed; scaffolds are installed on the arc-shaped battens, rod pieces on the scaffolds keep away from the steel bars extending out of the pier to the arch feet bridge, horizontal rods in the arch ring span direction abut against the bridge pier, and bearing plates are laid on the top layers of the scaffolds; loads are hoisted to the bearing plates, the loads are laid from the center line of the arch ring to the two sides in sequence, and the next layer is hoisted and laid after one layer is laid until the bearing capacity meets the requirement. The influence of the steel bars extending out of the pier to the arch feet on prepressing is eliminated, the normal prepressing can be achieved, and the construction is safe.
本发明公开了一种拱圈底模板拱脚处预压方法及预压装置,拱圈底部支撑系统搭设完成后,先在底模板拱脚处铺设弧形木方,弧形木方顺着拱线安装且弧度与拱圈弧度相适应,弧形木方沿拱圈宽度方向分布且避开桥墩外伸至拱脚处的钢筋,然后在弧形木方的顶、底端放置连接木方,连接木方顺着拱圈宽度方向安装且将所在端的所有弧形木方连接固定;在弧形木方上安装脚手架,脚手架上的杆件都避开桥墩外伸至拱脚处的钢筋且拱圈跨度方向的水平杆抵住桥墩,脚手架顶层平铺有承载板;吊装载荷到承载板上,载荷从拱圈中心线往两边依次铺放,一层铺完后吊装铺放下一层,直至承载力达到要求。本发明消除了桥墩外伸至拱脚处的钢筋对预压的影响,能正常预压,施工安全。
