The pier comprises a prefabricated bearing platform having a central part with a circular groove hole, a prefabricated pier column arranged on the prefabricated bearing platform and connected with the circular groove holein a clearance fit mode, a stepped reinforcement cage having one part pre-buried in the prefabricated bearing platform and the other part exposed in the circular groove hole, a mortise formed in the center of the bottom of the prefabricated pier column and having the sizes matched with that of the stepped reinforcement cage, and a temporary stable supporting device. And the steel wire rope is arranged at the top of the prefabricated bearing platform and connected with the periphery of the prefabricated bearing platform. And after the prefabricated pier column and the prefabricated bearing platform are assembled, the temporary stable supporting device is installed to stabilize the assembly state.
