The invention discloses a fiber concrete plane vibrating device for a waterproof layer between high-speed railway bridge deck lines. The device comprises a vibrating platform, a vibrating platform front baffle is arranged on a front side of the vibrating platform, and a plurality of motors are arranged on the upper side of the vibrating platform. The upper side of the periphery of the vibrating platform is connected with a steel pipe welding frame through a support. Rubber wheels are arranged on the lower sides of four corners of the steel pipe welding frame. Through the device, the followingeffects are achieved: the structure is simple, material consumption is low, and manufacturing cost is low; walking is simple, operation is convenient, and the construction efficiency is improved; a transverse slope and a bottom clear height are provided so that the transverse slope and a concrete thickness are effectively controlled; a vibrating effect is good, and the flatness and appearance quality of concrete are good; and the device is high in universality and can be used for whole-line bridge deck waterproof layer construction.
