Through the arrangement of the sound absorption plates, sound waves can shield an inner portion along holes and can rub the inner walls of gaps in an entering process, soundenergy is converted into heat energy, sound wave propagation energy is reduced, a sound absorption effect is achieved, meanwhile, through the arrangement of the fixing frames and the air bags, certain vacuum is generated between the fixing frames and the air bags, a sound wave transmission medium is reduced so that a propagation distance of sound waves is reduced, the external protection is improved, and an influence of a noise on the lives of residents beside the expressway is reduced.
