According to the boundary dimension of a fan, a modular sound insulation device is subjected to up-down, left-right, front-back overlapping and series-parallel connection permutation and combination through a sound insulation cover frame, and the sound insulation cover with the needed length, width and height dimension is formed through connection and assembly of fasteners. when high, medium and low sine sound waves of noise generated by the fan diffuse to the surrounding, sound waves rebound and cosine sound waves are generated when the sound waves are collided with sound insulation baffle plates arranged on a geometrical sound insulation airflow filter device through an inlet kidney-shaped hole in an inlet kidney-shaped hole plate in a sound insulation filter shell arranged on the sound insulation cover and a geometrical filter plate in the geometrical sound insulation airflow filter device. The phase displacement ofthe sound waves and the sound insulation baffle achieve the sound absorption and attenuation effects on the noise, the noise reduction capacity reaches 35 decibels or above, the noise is discharged outwards through an outlet kidney-shaped hole in the outlet kidney-shaped hole plate, meanwhile, unpowered cold and hot air exchange inside and outside the sound insulation cover can be achieved throughthe inlet kidney-shaped hole and the outlet kidney-shaped hole, and the noise reduction effect is good. And the influence of noise on the atmospheric environment and the life and health of people canbe reduced.
