The invention relates to the technical field of deicing equipment, and discloses a road surface deicing machine which comprises a support, an ice knife assembly rotatably arranged at the front end ofthe support, and a scraper knife plate assembly arranged on the support, the ice knife assembly comprises a sleeve, a first rotating shaft and an ice knife, the sleeve is provided with a rotating groove, and the outer side wall of the sleeve is provided with a plurality of blocking ribs; and each blocking rib is provided with a scraping groove. By arranging the sleeve, the first rotating shaft andthe ice knife, ice and snow on the road surface can be subjected to deicing treatment; due to the fact that the multiple blocking ribs are arranged on the outer side wall of the sleeve, and the scraping grooves are formed in the blocking ribs, when the ice knife penetrates in the rotating mode, ice and snow attached to the ice knife can be scraped off, the situation that the machine needs to be stopped to remove the ice and snow attached to the ice knife is avoided, and the ice removing efficiency is improved.
