The invention relates to a movable combined type automatic vertical lifting flood control device which comprises a dam body. A water inlet channel and a groove are formed in the dam body, and the water inlet channel is communicated with the groove; the movable combined type automatic vertical lifting flood control device further comprises a floating body box, a water baffle, water stop rubber anda guide roller mounting assembly, the floating body box is arranged in the groove, and the water baffle is fixedly arranged on the floating body box; the guide roller mounting assembly comprises an assembly body and a guide roller assembly arranged on the assembly body; the guide roller mounting assembly is used for restraining the water baffle from rising along a straight line; and when the waterbaffle is lifted to enable a first slope of the water baffle to coincide with a second slope on the guide roller mounting assembly, thrust is generated till the water baffle moves towards the side water stop rubber, and the water baffle tightly presses the side water stop rubber to form a sealing structure. The movable combined type automatic vertical lifting flood control device can be widely applied to urban low-lying regions and sections prone to waterlogging, and the problem that water accumulation disasters are generated in cities due to continuous rainfall is effectively reduced or avoided.
