Combined pile for constructional engineering
The invention discloses a combined pile for constructional engineering, and relates to the technical field of constructional engineering. The combined pile comprises a pile body, wherein fixing columns are fixed to the inner wall of the pile body side by side at equal intervals; a fixing plate is fixed between every two adjacent fixing columns; a limiting supporting plate is fixed to the position,located above the fixing columns, of the inner wall of the pile body; a rotating supporting structure is rotationally connected to the interior of the pile body and comprises a rotating shaft penetrating through the limiting supporting plate; the end, located below the limiting supporting plate, of the rotating shaft is rotationally connected with the inner bottom face of the pile body; two firstbevel gears which are oppositely arranged are fixed to the circumferential face of the section, located below the limiting supporting plate, of the rotating shaft at equal intervals; and a gear screwstructure matched with the first bevel gears penetrates through one surface of the fixing plate. According to the combined pile, the rotating supporting structure is used, so that the problem that the stability of a ground surface building is easily influenced due to the fact that an existing combined pile is inserted into a foundation unstably is solved, the road holding force of the combined pile is increased, and the fixing stability of the combined pile is enhanced.
本发明公开了一种建筑工程用组合桩,涉及建筑工程技术领域。本发明包括桩体,桩体内壁等距并排固定有固定柱,相邻两固定柱之间的位置固定有固定板,桩体内壁且位于固定柱上方的位置固定有限位支撑板;桩体内部转动连接有转动支撑结构,转动支撑结构包括贯穿限位支撑板的转动轴,转动轴位于限位支撑板下方一端与桩体内底面转动连接,转动轴位于限位支撑板下方一段圆周面上等距固定有相对设置的两第一锥齿轮,固定板一表面贯穿有与第一锥齿轮相配合的齿轮螺杆结构。本发明通过转动支撑结构的使用,解决了现有组合桩插入地基中不稳定容易影响地表建筑稳定性的问题,增大了组合桩的抓地力,增强了组合桩固定的稳定性。
