The invention discloses a green and environment-friendly foundation reinforcement structure for a building and a reinforcement method. The structure comprises a reinforcement plate, a drying box and adust concentration box, wherein vertical reinforcement holes are formed in the surface of the reinforcement plate; multiple vertical reinforcement holes are provided; vertical reinforcement piles arearranged in the vertical reinforcement holes; fixed shafts are arranged in the vertical reinforcement piles; transverse reinforcement holes are formed in the surfaces of the vertical reinforcement piles; the surfaces of the fixed shafts are fixedly connected with electric push rods; transverse reinforcement piles are arranged at the ends, far from the fixed shafts, of the electric push rods; fixed bars are fixedly connected to four corners of the lower end of the outer side surface of the drying box; fixed screws are arranged in the fixed bars; the reinforcement plate and the drying box are fixedly connected through the fixed bars and the fixed screws; and the transverse reinforcement piles are arranged in the vertical reinforcement piles, so that the device can reinforce a vertical structure of a foundation, and can reinforce a transverse structure of the foundation.
