The method comprises the following steps that S1, a slope body is reinforced; S2, an anchor roddrilling machine is in place and aligned with hole sites, the angle is adjusted, and machine legs are stably located; S3, a casing protection wall of the drilling machine conducts drilling to the designed depth, and the position for an expanded bit is reserved; S4, a spraying pipe is put in; S5, cement grout is prepared, a high-pressure pump is started to reach the designed pressure, the bit expanded anchor rod drilling machine is started to rotate, and spraying irrigation is conducted in an up-down moving mode for high-pressure spraying reaming; S6, after reaming is completed, an anchor cableassembly is placed into the casing protection wall of the drilling machine to the designed depth, and a grouting pipe is put in along with the anchor cable assembly; S7, the casing protection wall ofthe drilling machine is pulled out; S8, grouting is conducted; and S9, tensioning locking is conducted. The method has the effect of preventing the hole collapse phenomenon of the whole anchor cableassembly hole.
