Construction platform for upper part of foundation pit crown beam
The invention provides a construction platform for the upper part of a foundation pit crown beam. The construction platform comprises a platform mechanism, a fixed supporting mechanism and a guide supporting mechanism, wherein a position limiting groove with the reverse L-shaped cross section is formed under a platform base; communicating holes communicating with the position limiting groove are formed in the bottom surface of the platform base at equal intervals; the fixed supporting mechanism comprises a plurality of supporting rods pre-buried on the foundation pit crown beam at equal intervals; the upper parts of the supporting rods are turned and folded outwards to be arranged in a reverse L shape; the guide mechanism comprises at least two transverse supporting beams; the bottoms of the transverse supporting beams are supported and arranged on the supporting rods; corresponding supporting steel balls are arranged at the tops of the transverse supporting beams in a way of being capable of rolling; and the communicating holes in the platform base penetrate through the turned and folded parts of the supporting rods and then move towards the positions in which the transverse supporting beams are arranged in a supporting mode to install the platform base. The construction platform provided by the invention has the advantages that on the premise of ensuring the stability of theconstruction platform, forming installation can be effectively and rapidly performed, the construction platform is put into use, and the cost is low.
本发明涉及一种用于基坑冠梁上部的施工平台,包括平台机构、固定支撑机构和导向支撑机构,所述平台底座的下方设置有一横截面为倒L形的限位槽,平台底座的底面按等间隔设有连通至所述限位槽的连通孔;所述固定支撑机构包含按等间隔预埋于基坑冠梁上的多个支撑杆,所述支撑杆的上部向外翻折呈倒L形设置;所述导向机构包含至少两个横向支撑梁,所述横向支撑梁的底部支撑安装于支撑杆上,横向支撑梁的顶部可滚动安装有相应的支撑钢球;所述平台底座上的连通孔透过所述支撑杆的翻折部分之后向支撑安装有横向支撑梁的位置移动进行平台底座安装。本发明能够在确保施工平台稳固性的前提下,有效快速进行成型安装并投入使用,且成本低廉。
