The well lid comprises a base, wherein a first step and a second step are arranged on the inner wall of the base from top to bottom; a well lid body is arranged on the first step; a plurality of drainage through holes are formed in the well lid body; a detection groove is formed in the upper end of one side of the well lid body; a detection assembly is arranged in the detection groove; an isolation cover is arranged on the second step; an anti-blocking assembly is arranged at the upper end of the isolation cover; a plurality of first fan-shaped annular drainage openings are formed in the isolation cover at intervals along the periphery of the isolation cover; a cavity is formed in the isolation cover; a rotating disc is arrangedin the cavity; a plurality of second fan-shaped annular drainage openings with the same number as the first fan-shaped annular drainage openings are formed in the rotating disc at intervals along theperiphery of the rotating disc; the first fan-shaped annular drainage openings and the second fan-shaped annular drainage openings are the same in shape and size; a gear ring is arranged on the sidewall of the rotating disc; and a driving assembly for driving the rotating disc to rotate is arranged on one side of the cavity.
