The invention discloses a mounting and fixing device for a hydraulic rod of an excavator. The mounting and fixing device comprises a hydraulic cylinder, a telescopic rod, an adjusting mechanism, a turnplate, a connecting block, a compression spring, a chute and clamping mechanisms. The mounting and fixing device has the beneficial effects that one end of the hydraulic cylinder is rotatably connected to one end of the excavator; when the hydraulic cylinder is connected to an arm of the excavator, a telescopic rod extends outward by work on the hydraulic cylinder, so that a connecting buckle atone end of the arm is rotatably connected; as the clamping mechanisms are mounted on two sides of the connecting block, it is favorable to connect the connecting block to the connecting buckle quickly, so that follow-up fixation is facilitated; by rotating the turnplate, the connecting block slides in the chute, so that the connecting block is finely adjusted in position, and therefore, it is favorable to mount the connecting block; meanwhile, the compression spring is mounted on the side wall of one end of the connecting block, so that the connecting block slides in the telescopic rod stablywithout swinging.
