The invention discloses a universal pipeline dredging device for a sewer pipeline. The universal pipeline dredging device comprises a dredging pipe, wherein a conical sealing element for sealing an upper opening of the sewer pipeline is arranged at the upper part of the dredging pipe in a sliding and sleeving manner; the conical sealing element is connected with the dredging pipe through an adjusting assembly; an unfolding assembly connected with the dredging pipe is arranged below the conical sealing element; the unfolding assembly is connected with the conical sealing element through an elastic structure; the adjusting assembly drives the conical sealing element to move to be tightly fitted with the upper opening of the sewer pipeline, so that the upper opening of the sewer pipeline is sealed; when the conical sealing element moves, the unfolding assembly is driven to move through the elastic structure; the unfolding assembly is expanded and is tightly fitted with an inner wall of the sewer pipeline, so that the dredging pipe is fixed with the sewer pipeline; air is continuously pumped into the dredging pipe through an air conveying assembly; and the air enters the sewer pipelinethrough the dredging pipe and the sewer pipeline is powerfully dredged under the action of atmospheric pressure.
