The prefabricated column and prefabricated beam connecting structure comprises a prefabricated column body and a prefabricated beam body, a connecting joint is arranged at one side of the prefabricated column body, the connecting joint is provided witha step platform, and the step platform, the connecting joint and the prefabricated column body are of an integrally-formed reinforced concrete structure. Supporting platforms are arranged at the two ends of the prefabricated beam body respectively, the supporting platforms and the prefabricated beam body are of an integrally-formed reinforced concrete structure, and the supporting platforms are located at the upper portion of the step platform. When the prefabricated beam body is connected with the prefabricated column body, lifting screw rods at the two ends of the prefabricated beam body areinserted into mounting holes in the connecting joint, each end of the prefabricated beam body is supported by the two lifting screw rods, the lifting screw rods are driven to ascend and descend by rotating an adjusting disc so as to adjust the overall inclination angle of the prefabricated beam body, then leveling of the prefabricated beam body is achieved, and operation is easy.
