The invention further provides a construction and installation method for an enclosure wall. The construction and installation method comprises the technological steps of carrying outfoundation block arrangement, carrying out supporting strip installation, carrying out wallboard installation, carrying out top plate installation and decorating the enclosure wall. According to thenovel assembly type exterior enclosure wall structure and the construction and installation method, the width of the wall interval can be changed by adjusting the length of each fixing assembly, so that the wall thickness is adjusted, operation is easy and convenient, and field construction is facilitated; and the wallboards, the supporting strips and the fixing assemblies of the enclosure wall are all of prefabricated standard parts, so that disassembly is convenient after installation, secondary utilization is facilitated, the resource utilization rate is effectively increased, and the production cost is reduced.
