The invention relates to a PC externally-hung wallboard connecting structure and an installation method for a PC externally-hung wallboard. The PC externally-hung wallboard connecting structure comprises a steel beam, a connecting part located on one side of the steel beam, and a plurality of PC externally-hung wallboards, the steel beam comprises a longitudinal beam and a transverse beam which are arranged in a crisscross mode, and the connecting part is connected with one side of the crisscross position of the longitudinal beam and the transverse beam through a holding assembly; and the corners, close to each other, of four adjacent PC externally-hung wallboards are fixedly connected with the same connecting part through a locking assembly. The four corners of each PC externally-hung wallboard are connected with the steel beams through the connecting parts, so that the PC externally-hung wallboards are stressed evenly, and the sum of the connecting contact areas of the PC externally-hung wallboards and the steel beams is increased; and every four adjacent PC externally-hung wallboards are connected through the same connecting part, so that the connecting stability between the wallboards is enhanced, and the wind resistance and the pressure bearing effects of the PC externally-hung wallboards are integrally improved.
